The first step is to upload the file containing the audio. This can be a video file or an autio file
The platform is pre-integrated with a set of automated speech recognition engines. Our AI based platform determines which ASR engines are best suited for this specific content and speaker. This allows us to achieve the lowest possible error rate
Immediately after the ASR has completed the platform will provide a text file. This file can then be modified using the intelligent review.
The link can be shared with other users on the platform. This provides a method to use third party reviewers.

The next step is to efficiently review the transcription file. This is done by loading the link into the “Minimal Touch Editor”
The Minimal Touch Editor allows the user to quickly review the transcription file. It intelligently identifies possible errors. The user can quickly review and fix any errors and create an error free transcription file.
One the review is complete the transcription file can be dowloaded as an SRT file or a Word file.
